(State Farm Insurance) <br />Application of Castillo Company (State Farm Insurance) <br />for design review approval to construct an approximately <br />14,951 sq. ft. office structure on an approximately 1.84 <br />acre site (Site 51C) located on Owens Drive, just west <br />of the Chabot Canal. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br />c.
