Lorie stated that <br />the vote did not represent a majority because the entire connnittcc is comprised of 12 <br />members so six is only half. Hovt~ever. the total voting ~~as ten (vthich constituted a <br />quorum) so six ~ otcs did reflect a majority opinion. Tom Smith stated he didn't feel that <br />the vote should count because it was late and there were just no real arguments. Kellen <br />Aura a~.*reed ~~~ith Tom's statement. Wes Fehon disagreed and said a quorum is a quortm~ <br />and it should count Lorie stated that there was a vote and a presentation requested from <br />Pat Costanzo and instructed the committee that they can revisit the item after the <br />presentation. <br />c. Presentation b~~ Grecnbriar Homes of rep°ised deg°elopmcnt proposal <br />Pat Costanzo presented the proposal Ibr 6 ~ lots. The lot sizes arc 1 ,.200 sq ft to 21,000 sq <br />ft. F.d from Grecnbriar described the plans and elevations. The one-story homes are up to <br />_'~ ft and the two story homes are up to ,O ft in height 1~hc sin~~le story home plans are <br />calculated at .~10 FAR, the ttiu-stork plans are calculated at . iOhAR and the ;0.000 sq ft <br />lots arc calculated at ."'~ FAR. I lalf of the development is planned to be single story <br />homes. "there are four different plans proposed with three different elevations per plan. <br />'There is no park planned. Pat also introduced a development with 70 homes v1°ith similar <br />parameters. <br />d. Questions and comments by~ Committee members <br />Several questions were asked about the doll~u~s necessary for the bypass road and questions <br />about profit margin. Pat declined to comment. Roger Manning and AI Schorno asked for <br />confirmation from Pat that the bypass road ~~-ould be built lirsi. and t!,er, the de~~elepment. <br />Pat indicated that he had said they ~rould lie built concurrently. Pete Richert asked how <br />hi~ah the dirt ~~rould be built up on the flat from constructin~~ the b~•pass road. Pat said the <br />elevations would be ~ cried up to fi~ur feet. Roger asked hov, many lots arc on Westbridge <br />on the proposal ~~~ith 7U homes. Pat answered there ~~ould be eight homes on Westbridge. <br />c.
