more sections, subsections, sentences, phrases, parts of portions <br />be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 7. <br /> <br />Amendment and Repeal <br /> <br />No part of this initiative or the amendments made by it to <br />the General Plan may be amended or repealed except by a vote <br />of the electors of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Nothing in this initiative is intended to limit in any way <br />or to any extent the rights of referendum and initiative, or <br />the availability of judicial review. <br /> <br />Section 8. <br /> <br />Duration <br /> <br />The foregoing provisions of this initiative shall remain in <br />effect through the year 2007 or full buildout of the City of <br />Pleasanton as described in the 1986 General Plan, whichever comes <br />later. Thereafter, future General Plans shall implement the <br />purposes of this initiative, and shall provide at least as much <br />protection for agriculture and open space in the Ridgelands as <br />provided by this initiative. <br /> <br /> <br />
