Year 2015 projections from the ABAG report were used to approximate regional conditions at the time "Approved" development would be completed and occupied in Pleasanton. This was expanded to include the buildout of the General Plans for local cities. The Cities of Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton worked together on the ACCMA Triangle Study to develop regionally consistent "Buildout" estimates of their General Plans.
