CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-140 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />PACTEL PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL FOR CASE PUD-80-16-6D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />PacTel Properties has applied for design review <br />approval (Case PUD-80-16-6D) for two industrial <br />flex buildings, approximately 58,770 sq. ft. in <br />area located on a 4.28 acre site located generally <br />in the northeast corner of Franklin Drive and Morse <br />Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a Negative Declaration was approved for the major <br />modification to the approved development plan (Case <br />PUD-80-16-3M) including the typical architectural <br />designs for individual lots, at the duly noticed <br />hearing on July 17, 1990, after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the city staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds this project consistent with <br />PUD-80-16 as well as the city's General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the application of PacTel Properties for <br />design review approval (Case PUD-80-16-6D) for two <br />industrial flex buildings, approximately 58,770 sq. <br />ft. in area located on a 4.28 acre site located <br />generally in the northeast corner of Franklin Drive <br />and Morse Drive, subject to the conditions listed <br />in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
