CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PACTEL <br />PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN REVIEWAPPROVAL FOR <br />CASE PUD-80-16-5D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PacTel Properties has applied for design review approval <br /> (Case PUD-80-16-5D) to construct a multi-building, <br /> approximately 143,000 sq. ft. office complex to be <br /> located on an approximately 8.8 acre site located <br /> generally in the area bounded by Johnson Drive, Morse <br /> Drive, and Franklin Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved'for the major <br /> modification to the approved development plan (Case <br /> PUD-80-16-3M) including the typical architectural <br /> designs for individual lots, at the duly noticed hearing <br /> of July 17, 1990, after considering all public <br /> testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br /> city staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds this project consistent with <br /> PUD-80'16 as well as the City's General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the application of PacTel Properties for <br /> design review approval (Case PUD-80-16-5D) to construct <br /> a multi-building, approximately 143,000 sq. ft. office <br /> complex to be located on an approximately 8.8 acre site <br /> located generally in the area bounded by Johnson Drive, <br /> Morse Drive, and Franklin Drive, subject to the <br /> condition~ li~t~d in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
