H.9ZARDS AND HAZARDOUS MATER/ALS Environmental Setting The project is located in developed portions of the City of Pleasanton in public rights-of--way, iu a dedicated public utility easement and in roadways. Adjacent uses are residential and commercial development including a gas station. Standards of Significance For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered significant if the proposed project would: • Result in exposing people to existing contaminated soil during construction activities; • Result in exposing people to asbestos containing materials; • Result in exposing people to contaminated groundwater if dewatering activities take place.
