CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-137 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THEAPPLICATION OF <br />RICHARD GUASCO (PUD-85-14-1M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 17, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />the application of Richard Guasco for a major <br />modification to an approved planned unit <br />development plan to allow for the construction of a <br />4,900 sq. ft. building located at 3880 Old Santa <br />Rita Road as filed under Case PUD-85-14-1M; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 1, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed <br />development plan would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> Case PUD-85-14-1M, the application of Richard <br /> Guasco for a major modification to an approved <br /> planned unit development plan to allow for the <br /> construction of a 4,900 sq.ft, building located at <br /> 3880 Old Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
