CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-137 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THEAPPLICATION OF RICHARD GUASCO (PUD-85-14-1M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 17, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Richard Guasco for a major modification to an approved planned unit development plan to allow for the construction of a 4,900 sq. ft. building located at 3880 Old Santa Rita Road as filed under Case PUD-85-14-1M; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 1, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-85-14-1M, the application of Richard Guasco for a major modification to an approved planned unit development plan to allow for the construction of a 4,900 sq.ft, building located at 3880 Old Santa Rita Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
