CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-136 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR A <br />BAlkERS SQUAI~E RESTAUI~Alq~ AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-80-15-7D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pleasant Village Associates has applied for design <br />review approval to construct a 5,415 square foot <br />building to house a Bakers Square Restaurant, on an <br />approximately 33,220 square foot site located <br />generally in the southeast corner of Santa Rita <br />Road and Pimlico Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Measure X, approved by the voters in November, <br />1988, requires City Council approval of the <br />buildings; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendations for approval of the proposed <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of July 17, <br />1990, City Council considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />environmental review for a 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant <br />site on the Pleasanton Village Center was completed <br />under the Measure X approval with a Negative <br />Declaration; Bakers Square has provided additional <br />traffic level of service analysis as was required <br />under Measure X; as conditioned, Bakers Square <br />provided additional traffic level of service <br />analysis as was required under Measure X; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as conditioned, Bakers Square conforms to the <br />requirements of the Measure X approval and the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that this proposal is <br />consistent with the approved PUD for the subject <br />site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
