CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-136 RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR A BAlkERS SQUAI~E RESTAUI~Alq~ AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-15-7D WHEREAS, Pleasant Village Associates has applied for design review approval to construct a 5,415 square foot building to house a Bakers Square Restaurant, on an approximately 33,220 square foot site located generally in the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive; and WHEREAS, Measure X, approved by the voters in November, 1988, requires City Council approval of the buildings; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the proposed application; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 17, 1990, City Council considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, environmental review for a 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant site on the Pleasanton Village Center was completed under the Measure X approval with a Negative Declaration; Bakers Square has provided additional traffic level of service analysis as was required under Measure X; as conditioned, Bakers Square provided additional traffic level of service analysis as was required under Measure X; and WHEREAS, as conditioned, Bakers Square conforms to the requirements of the Measure X approval and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this proposal is consistent with the approved PUD for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
