WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR MEASURE X (PUD-80-15-SD) <br />AS IT APPLIES TO ~ APPLICATION OF <br />PLEASANT VIT.T.AGE ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL OF A 5,000 SQ. FT. <br />RESTAURANT FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-80-15-7D <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 15, 1987, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for the application of Tioga Construction to rezone <br />an approximately 3.63 acre site to PUD-Commercial <br />District to accommodate an automobile wash, a <br />service station, a food mart, a restaurant and <br />retail uses as permitted uses and to approve a <br />development plan for an approximately 30,142 sq.ft. <br />mixed use commercial complex located at the <br />southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico <br />Drive; and <br /> <br />Pleasant Village Associates, successor to Tioga <br />Construction, has applied for design review for a <br />5,415 sq. ft. restaurant building on an <br />approximately 33,230 sq. ft. site located generally <br />in the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and <br />Pimlico Drive; and <br /> <br />the City Council received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study for the original project and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission for the original and current projects; <br />and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br /> <br />
