CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-134 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br />VALT~Y COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER FOR SENIOR <br />SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FY 90-91 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the agreement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and Valley Community Health <br />Center, regarding Senior Support Services for <br />FY 90-91, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br />described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JULY 17, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> ATT T: ~ <br /> ~Te~g~erk <br /> <br />Michael H.
