DRAFT <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of <br /> <br /> , 1990 by and between RESOURCES FOR FAMILY <br />DEVELOPMENT, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"), and <br />the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter <br />referred to as "City"). <br /> <br /> DUTIES: Contractor has agreed to provide services to City as <br />described in Attachment A. <br /> <br /> FEES: City shall compensate Contractor for the attached <br />services on a time-and-materials basis, not to exceed $40,940.00. <br />This fee will be paid as invoices are submitted, with fees based <br />on twelve equal installments. <br /> <br /> TERM: Services rendered pursuant to this contract will be <br />for the period July 1, 1990 through June 30, 1991. <br /> <br /> RECORDS: Contractor shall maintain records for program <br />review, evaluation, audit and/or other purposes and make them <br />available to the City upon request. Such records shall be kept on <br />file for a minimum of five years. Records will be available to <br />the authorized representative of the City at any time during <br />normal business hours. <br /> <br /> <br />
