CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING T~E CITY'S ANNUAL <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Manager has presented the proposed <br />operating budget to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at a special meeting on June 25, 1990, the City <br />Council reviewed the proposed budget; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at a meeting held on July 10, 1990, the proposed <br />budget was further reviewed in a public hearing <br />which was held to provide the public with an <br />opportunity to comment on its contents. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The proposed annual operating budget for the City <br />of Pleasanton for Fiscal Year 1990-91 is hereby <br />approved, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JULY 10, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Pegg~E~idro~ C~ty Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
