NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council finds, after having reviewed and <br /> considered the material in the Environmental Impact <br /> Report that the Environmental Impact Report <br /> prepared is complete, sufficient and acceptable for <br /> the project proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The City Council finds that the Environmental <br />Impact Report for the proposed project has been <br />completed in compliance with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, and state and city <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JULY 10, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: A ~ <br /> <br />~eg~~E~zidr~ City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
