CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WIT~ <br />GROUP 4/ARCHITECTURE, RESEARCH AND <br />PLANNING, INC. FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />FOR T~E SENIOR CENTER PROJECT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Group 4/Architecture, <br /> Research and Planning, Inc., regarding consultant <br /> services for architectural services and <br /> coordination of overall project design for the <br /> Senior Center Project, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Finance Director to advance funds <br /> from the General Fund for the consultant cost in <br /> anticipation of selling bonds for the Senior Center <br /> Project. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JULY 10, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />Pegg~ ~. ~z~dro,&QCity Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO.~,F~RM:~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
