CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-120 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND THE PT~ASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, FIXING SALARIES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR ENUMERATED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES, AND AMENDING THE 1990-91 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting through the city Manager as employer representative of the City Council, and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association have met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of Section 3500, et seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for members of the Pleasanton City Employees Association; and WHEREAS, as a result of the above meeting and conferring process a proposed Memorandum of Understanding dated June 19, 1990 between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton city Employees Association was presented to the city Council at the regular meeting of June 19, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees Association for a term commencing May 1, 1990 through April 30, 1992, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton. Section 2: The employees' class titles and salary ranges to be paid by the City of Pleasanton to all employees in the Pleasanton City Employees Association during the period May 1, 1990 through April 30, 1992, shall be set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
