CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-120 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AND THE PT~ASANTON CITY <br />EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, FIXING SALARIES <br />AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR <br />ENUMERATED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES, AND <br />AMENDING THE 1990-91 BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, acting through the city <br />Manager as employer representative of the City <br />Council, and representatives of the Pleasanton City <br />Employees Association have met and conferred <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 3500, et <br />seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, <br />hours and other terms and conditions of employment <br />for members of the Pleasanton City Employees <br />Association; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as a result of the above meeting and conferring <br />process a proposed Memorandum of Understanding <br />dated June 19, 1990 between the City of Pleasanton <br />and the Pleasanton city Employees Association was <br />presented to the city Council at the regular <br />meeting of June 19, 1990; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Memorandum of Understanding between the City <br /> of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees <br /> Association for a term commencing May 1, 1990 <br /> through April 30, 1992, attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> "A" and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby <br /> approved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> The employees' class titles and salary ranges to <br />be paid by the City of Pleasanton to all employees <br />in the Pleasanton City Employees Association during <br />the period May 1, 1990 through April 30, 1992, <br />shall be set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
