CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-119 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A 1990-91 INTERIM <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current fiscal year ends on June 30, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the proposed 1990-91 Operating Budget will not be <br />available for adoption prior to July 1, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City would be without legal authority to spend <br />after July 1, 1990, without an appropriation of <br />funds; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Adopts a 1990-91 Interim Operating Budget in the <br />amount of the current 1989-90 Operating Budget, <br />appropriating funds accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Directs staff to conduct normal operations under <br />the direction of the City Manager until a final <br />1990-91 Operating Budget is approved. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 19, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Butler <br />None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pegg~/~idr0~ City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
