CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-118 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING SHARRELL <br />MICHELOTTI, MARCELLINEMAHERNANDHAROLD <br />MCGUIRKAS MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the terms of Sharrell Michelotti, Marcelline <br />Mahern, and Harold McGuirk as members of the <br />Planning Commission expired on May 5, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various <br />individuals who are interested in serving on the <br />Planning Commission and evaluated their <br />qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Sharrell Michelotti and Marcelline Mahern are <br /> reappointed to the positions of Regular Members of <br /> the Planning Commission, and Harold McGuirk is <br /> reappointed as an Alternate Member, all for four <br /> year terms, which terms expire on May 5, 1994, or <br /> until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 19, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Butler <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: /] <br /> <br />Michael H.
