ENGINEER'S REPORT LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 CITY OF PI.RASARTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA JOSEPH ELLIOTT, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District No. 1984-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this Report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, ground cover and irrigation system, all as delineated on the landscape and irrigation plans for Tracts 4986, 5160, 5161 and 5162 prepared by The Environmental Center, Planners and Landscape Architects, and on the improvement plans for said tracts. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, ground covers and irrigation system, all as delineated on the landscape and irrigation plans for Tracts 5093, 5163, 5224 and 5256 prepared by The Environmental Center, Planners and Landscape Architects, and on the improvement plans for said tracts. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation system all as delineated on the landscape and irrigation plans for Tract 5256 (Phase III Landscape District 1984- 1). Said improvements are within the following areas: East of the eastern boundary of the Arroyo De La Laguna, west of Tract 5161 approximately 30 feet wide as shown as Parcel A of Tract 5161 filed September 20, 1983, in Book 140 of Maps, page 46, Alameda County Recorder's Office. East of the eastern boundary of the Arroyo De La Laguna, the approximately 30 foot wide parcel west of Lots 1, 12, 13, 24 of Tract 5162 as shown as Parcel A of Tract 5162 filed September 20, 1983, in Book 140 of Maps, page 48, Alameda County Recorder's Office. East of the eastern boundary of the Arroyo De La Laguna, west of Tract 5163 approximately 30 feet wide as shown as Parcel A of Tract 5163 filed June 15, 1984, in Book 145 of Maps, pages 17 and 18, Alameda County Recorder's Office.
