Che project developer shall ettectivcly screen hroul vie~e all ducts, meters, air <br />condilionin~~ equipment, and any other mechanical equipment. ~~~hrther on the structure. <br />on the ground, ur on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the mai^ <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted fur issuance of <br />building permits. the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />V1 required screening shall be prop-ided prior to occupancy. <br />1 ~. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a nwnner that noise emanating <br />li~om it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject property. <br />ld.
