If discussion is required, that particular item will be removed from the <br />consent calendar and will be considered separately. <br />Administrative Services <br />Approve regular meeting minutes of February 20, 2007 and General Plan Workshop <br />minutes of January 30, 2007 <br />City Attorney <br />2. Approve second amendment to the Mobilehome Rent Stablization Agreement <br />City Manager <br />3. Approve appointment of Councilmember McGovern to the Community Monitor <br />Committee established by the Altamont Settlement Agreement dated November 1999 <br />4. Adopt a resolution authorizing the submittal of two applications for State HELP <br />(Housing Enabled by Local Partnerships) program funds: 1) to provide increased <br />funding for the city's Housing Rehabilitation Program for low income Pleasanton home <br />owners; and 2) to provide continued funding for the City's Down Payment Assistance <br />program for low and moderate income Pleasanton home buyers <br />5. Adopt a resolution approving the Altamont Settlement Agreement Education Advisory <br />Board's Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year 2007-08 <br />Economic Development <br />6. Approve the purchase of a surety bond to replace the cash Reserve Fund and deposit <br />the released cash of $3.8 million in the Capital Improvement Fund for future capital <br />improvements in North Pleasanton or the Downtown areas <br />
