THE CITY OF ATTACHMENT 5 <br />~'L~£ ~S~4NTONm <br />April 8, 2005 <br />Dr. Ramsey Araj <br />2002 Valley Oaks Drive <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Dear Dr. Araj: <br />RE: PUD-85-15-15AI-Dr. Ramsey Araj <br />The City has completed its review of your application for a minor modification to the approved <br />development plan for Golden Eagle Farm to reduce the rear yard setback for an accessory <br />stntcture from approximately 48 feet to 30 feet for the property located at 2002 Valley Oak <br />Road, in the Golden Eagle Farm subdivision. Zoning for the property is PUD-LDR (Planned <br />Unit Development -Low Density Residential) District. <br />In accordance with City Council policy, notice of the proposed PUD minor modification was <br />sent to the surrounding property owners on August 17, 2004. No request was made for a formal <br />Hearing. <br />Based upon the information submitted, it is my determination that the above changes are not <br />substantial in nature since the overall plan for the site will remain the same. Therefore, in <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton, I am granting a minor modification, Case PUD-85-15-15M, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />The applicant shall obtain all required City permits for the stnictures prior to <br />construction. <br />2. Except, as modified by Condition 1 above, all conditions of Cases PUD-85-15 through <br />PUD-85-15-14M shall remain in full force and effect. <br />P. O.
