All city <br />processes must be followed. <br />2) The setbacks as proposed on your plans: the side yard setback will be a minimum <br />of 25 feet from Golden Eagle Way and the setback for the remaining part of the <br />structure will be a minimum of 20 feet from the closest rear property line <br />(regardless of shape of the lot). <br />3) The grading restriction according to the PUD must be adhered to. <br />4) Re-notification of all affected neighbors must be completed according to the city <br />guidelines. <br />5) There will be no vehicle access in and out of this area. <br />6) The association would like additionally vegetation (plants, shrubs) to provide <br />additional screening between the shed and the rear fence so as to not create <br />another structure to he plainly visible from any point on Golden Eagle Way. <br />We trust that this letter addresses your request. We, the Board of the Homeowners <br />Association, request that there be no further request on this matter. We believe this to be <br />a fair response to your request to build your shed.
