The only exterior modification is making the existing windows smaller <br />(now a "view" window) as shown on the last page of the attached drawings. <br />We have recently built the same loft addition(s) in 4 other of the same model homes <br />in this sub-division. Please review mod for 4128 Pleasanton Ave. <br />This owners lot is the smallest lot in this sub-division. <br />Through previous research it was determined that the allowable F.A.R. is 60%. <br />We are requesting a slight increase to the allowable floor area ratio, similar as done for <br />the loft addition(s) in the Oakland Ave. sub-division area. <br />The owners and I are respectfully requesting an interior loft bringing the floor area <br />ratio to 64.5%.
