ATTACHMENT 1 <br />rrit cirv of <br />~it <br />March 12, 2007 <br />Jeff DeBernardi <br />207 Spring Street <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Dear Mr. Debernardi: <br />RE: PUD-94-04-02M <br />The City has completed its review of your applications for a minor modification to an approved <br />development plan, (PUD-94-04, Saint John Place Subdivision) to allow an increase in floor area <br />ratio (FAR) from the required 59.3 percent to 65 percent for clerestory loft additions for the <br />properties located on Saint John Circle, Saint John Court, and 4102 through 4183 Pleasanton <br />Avenue, within the Saint John Place subdivision. <br />In accordance with City Council policy, notice of the proposed PUD minor modification was <br />sent to the surrounding property owners on March 2, 2007. No request was made for a formal <br />hearing. <br />Based upon the information submitted, it is my determination that the above changes are not <br />substantial in nature since the overall plan for the site will remain the same. Therefore, in <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton, I am granting a minor modification, Case PUD-94-04-02M subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The existing building footprint and setbacks shall be maintained. <br />2. The floor area ratio (FAR) shall be 65 percent or less. <br />3. Administrative Design Review approval, along with any other applicable City <br />permits, shall be required from the City of Pleasanton if an exterior change beyond <br />the repositioned existing window(s) is proposed. <br />4. Applicable City permits shall be received prior to commencement of work for the <br />clerestory additions. <br />5. Except, as modified by the Conditions listed above, all conditions of <br />Cases PUD-94-04 through PUD-94-04-02M shall remain in full force and effect. <br />P. O.
