CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION AND <br />FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALFILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-O6M (MOZART/WETw~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 19, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />the application of Mozart/Wells Fargo Bank for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan <br />and final development plan approval for a 604,750 <br />sq. ft. five-building, five-story office complex <br />and related improvements proposed for the 27.8 acre <br />site located easterly of Stoneridge Mall Road <br />between Fabian Court and Embarcadero Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated May 13, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan and <br /> final development plan approval for a 604,750 sq. <br /> ft. five-building, five-story office complex and <br /> related improvements proposed for the 27.8 acre <br /> site located easterly of Stoneridge Mall Road <br /> between Fabian Court and Embarcadero Court. <br /> <br /> <br />
