CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-112 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALFILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-O6M (MOZART/WETw~ WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 19, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Mozart/Wells Fargo Bank for a major modification to an approved development plan and final development plan approval for a 604,750 sq. ft. five-building, five-story office complex and related improvements proposed for the 27.8 acre site located easterly of Stoneridge Mall Road between Fabian Court and Embarcadero Court; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 13, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a major modification to an approved development plan and final development plan approval for a 604,750 sq. ft. five-building, five-story office complex and related improvements proposed for the 27.8 acre site located easterly of Stoneridge Mall Road between Fabian Court and Embarcadero Court.
