CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-109 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND FI~DUNDER <br />CASE PUD-89-13, GARMS RANCH/A-M HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the city of Pleasanton provided <br />proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on January 24, 1990 for <br />testimony on the Draft EIR; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded <br />to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact <br />Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by <br />law, persons having special expertise with respect <br />to any environmental impact involved, and other <br />persons or organizations having an interest in <br />the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report has been <br />prepared and contains the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report, comments and recommendations <br />received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />and the responses of the City of Pleasanton to <br />significant environmental points raised in the <br />review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 19, <br />1990, upon the Final Environmental Impact Report <br />and upon the completeness and adequacy of the <br />entire EIR in disclosing relevant environmental <br />issues involved in the event the proposed project <br />is to be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council finds, after having reviewed and <br /> considered the material in the Environmental Impact <br /> Report, that the Environmental Impact Report <br /> prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable <br /> for the project proposed. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council finds that the Environmental Impact <br /> Report for the proposed project has been completed <br /> in compliance with the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act, and state and city guidelines. <br /> <br /> <br />
