CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-108 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE WEST FOOTHITJ. <br />ROAD CORRIDOR DESIGN GUIDELINES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton applied to create an overlay <br />zoning district establishing development standards, <br />design regulations, and related matters applicable <br />to the Foothill Road corridor and to apply these <br />regulations to properties along the western side of <br />Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />planning staff and Planning Commission at its duly <br />noticed public hearing of June 19, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of June 19, <br />1990, the City Council introduced an ordinance <br />which created an overlay zoning district and <br />applied it to residential properties along the <br />western side of Foothill Road. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Adopts the West Foothill Road Corridor Design <br />Guidelines attached hereto and made part of this <br />resolution by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 19, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br />Councilmember Butler <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: · <br /> <br />Pegg~./~idr~, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO~ FOR~. <br /> <br />Michael H.
