RESOLUTION NO. 90-106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-1, <br /> OLD SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. On July 19, 1988, the City Council adopted its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 88-345, for the acquisition of improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1988-1, Old Santa Rita Road, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 2. Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in <br />the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the <br />acquisition of improvements and payment of all claims from the <br />improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section <br />10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> 3. All Claims have been paid and a balance of $0.00 remains <br />in the improvement fund for Assessment District No. 1988-1, Old <br />Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> 4. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this <br /> <br />resolution to the City Treasurer's office. The Treasurer is <br />authorized and directed to close the fund. <br /> <br /> <br />
