RESOLUTION NO. 90-105 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1987-1, KOLL CENTER PLEASANTON <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />1. On December 1, 1987, the City Council adopted its <br />Resolution of Intention No. 87-534, for public improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1987-1, Koll Center Pleasanton, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 2. Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in <br />the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the <br />improvements and payment of all claims from the improvement fund, <br />would be applied in accordance with Section 10427.1 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> 3. A balance of $20,243.09 remains in the improvement fund <br />for Assessment District No. 1987-1, Koll Center Pleasanton, and <br />said amount is surplus. <br /> <br /> 4. The amount of $20,243.09 shall be applied as a credit upon <br />the assessments levied in Assessment District No. 1987-1, Koll <br />Center Pleasanton, in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code, in accordance with Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 5. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the City Treasurer's office for its use in making the <br />credit to each assessment. <br /> <br /> <br />
