RESOLUTION NO. 90-104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-2, <br /> VALLEY BUSINESS PARK NO. 2 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. On April 1, 1986, the City Council adopted its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 86-141, as amended, for acquisition of <br />improvements in Assessment District No. 1986-2, Valley Business <br />Park No. 2, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 2. Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in <br />the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the <br />acquisition of improvements and payment of all claims from the <br />improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section <br />10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> 3. A balance of $98,259.91 remains in the improvement fund <br />for Assessment District No. 1986-2, Valley Business Park No. 2, and <br />said amount is surplus. <br /> <br /> 4. The amount of $98,259.91 shall be applied as a credit upon <br />the assessments levied in Assessment District No. 1986-2, Valley <br />Business Park No. 2, in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code, in accordance with Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 5. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the City Treasurer's office for its use in making the <br />credit to each assessment. <br /> <br /> <br />
