RESOLUTION NO. 90-103 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br />VALLEY AVENUE EXTENSION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-1 <br /> <br /> The city Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. On June 3, 1986, the City Council adopted its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 86-255, for public improvements in Valley Avenue <br />Extension Assessment District No. 1986-1, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 2. Said Resolution of Intention provided that any surplus in <br />the improvement fund for said assessment, after completion of the <br />improvements and payment of all claims from the improvement fund, <br />would be applied in accordance with Section 10427.1 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> 3. All claims have been paid and a balance of $0.00 remains <br />in the improvement fund for Valley Avenue Extension Assessment <br />District No. 1986-1. <br /> <br /> 4. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the City Treasurer's office. The Treasurer is <br />authorized and directed to close the fund. <br /> <br /> <br />
