ATTACHMENT 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />5270 Clubhouse Drive, Lot 14 Tract 7372 <br />PUD- 98 -16 -4M <br />February 23, 2007 <br />1. The primary structure setbacks for this lot (5270 Clubhouse Drive, Lot 14 of <br />Tract 7372) shall conform to the site plan, Exhibit A, dated "Received, May 4, <br />2005," on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following <br />conditions. Minor changes to the plan may be allowed subject to the approval of <br />the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved <br />exhibits, Exhibits A and B, inclusive. <br />2. The minimum setbacks for the primary structure on the subject lot shall be <br />modified as follows: <br />Side Yard with a Front Entry Garage: 5 feet on the south side /18 feet total <br />3. All previous conditions of approval of PUD -98 -16 through PUD- 98 -16 -3M shall <br />remain in full force and effect except as modified by this condition. <br />< End Exhibit B > <br />
