vi. The exterior chimney material shall be a different material than the primary <br />exterior material of the house and shall not be the same material as the <br />chimneys on the other two lots. <br />vii. The color of the spark arrestors on the chimneys shall blend in with the <br />color of the chimneys. <br />c. Lot 3 <br />i. A deck with railings shall be provided above the first floor entry. <br />ii. The exterior house and roof color shall be changed to a medium or dark <br />brown or gray color. <br />iii. The second floor shall be setback a minimum of two feet from the first <br />floor. <br />iv. On the front elevation, additional windows shall be provided on the <br />second floor such that the windows appear balanced. <br />v. Outside the den, a wrap around trellis, a minimum of 8' in depth, which <br />wraps around the rear and side wall shall be provided, and French doors <br />leading to the covered area shall be provided. <br />vi. French doors shall be provided from the kitchen to the deck. <br />vii. The driveway shall be reduced in size and shall not exceed 12 feet in <br />width, not including the 25 foot back up area behind the garage and not <br />including the driveway to Lot 1. <br />viii. This PUD development shall be subject to the permitted and conditional use of <br />the LDR (Low Density Residential) and Open Space Districts, as provided in the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br />6. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction <br />equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. No construction shall be allowed on <br />Federal Holidays. The Planning Director may allow earlier "start times" for <br />specific construction activities (e.g., concrete foundation/floor pouring), if it can <br />be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning Director that the construction <br />and construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents. Construction <br />related equipment and vehicles, including worker's vehicles, shall only come to <br />and from the site between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br />7. The three dwelling units shall be equipped with automatic fire suppression <br />systems (sprinklers). The systems shall be subject to the review and approval of <br />the Fire Department. <br />4 <br />
