This parcel is located at 865 Clara Lane m Pleasanton, California. Korbmacher Engineering (KE) performed a geotechnical study of this parcel and submitted the results in a report dated June 20, 2006. You submitted a copy of this report to us for review. In addition, we also have received 10 sheets of protect plans prepared by MI Architects titled "Vineyard Pass Subdivision, 3 Lot Subdivision, R65 Clara Lane, Pleasanton, California," and dated September 6, 2005; this plan set included a topographic map and grading plan prepared by Govern Engineering (GE). 'fhe purpose of our peer review was to form opinions regarding whether the geotechnical/geologic studies performed to date conform to generally accepted standards of practice and conform to the requirements of the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. 'this work was performed jointly by the undersigned and representatives of William Lettis and Associates. SCOYF. OF SERVICES As presented m our proposal dated November 24, 2003, our peer review included: • An exammahon of the KE report and GE grading plans; • A review of published geotechnical materials relevant to the site; • An examination of historic aerial photographs of the area; • Afield reconnaissance of the surficial conditions present; • An exammahon of geotechnical/geologic materials m our tiles prepared for adtacent parcels;
