CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-100 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR AN ADDITION TO THE POLICE BUILDING AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-90-178 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. first-floor and approximately 6,000 sq. ft. two-story addition to the existing police facility located at 4833 Bernal Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "P" (Public and Institutional) District - Civic Overlay District; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the proposed additions to the Police Department facility; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this proposal is appropriate for the site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case Z-90-178, the application of the City of Pleasanton for design review approval to construct an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. first-floor and approximately 6,000 sq. ft. two-story addition to the existing police facility located at 4833 Bernal Avenue subject to the following conditions: The project shall substantially conform to the plans and elevations, dated March 30, 1990 on file with the Planning Department, except as modified herein. That the windows on the two-story additions shall be recessed a minimum of twelve inches. That a £1nal landscaD~ Dlan shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. That the project shall secure all required City permits prior to the commencement of construction.
