CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-99 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-90-2, <br />APPLICATION OF MICHAEL GORDON FOR PUD <br />REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />FOR A FIVE-LOT RESIDENTIAL PUD, INCLUDING <br />~ DEVELOPMENT OF FOUR NEW SINGLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENCES AT 445 KOTTINGER DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 5, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />the application of Michael Gordon for planned unit <br />development rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a five-lot residential PUD, including the <br />development of four new single-family residences at <br />445 Kottinger Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 14, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed <br />rezoning and development plan would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the <br /> application of Michael Gordon for planned unit <br /> development rezoning and development plan approval <br /> for a five-lot residential PUD, including the <br /> development of four new single-family residences at <br /> 445 Kottinger Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
