CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-99 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-90-2, APPLICATION OF MICHAEL GORDON FOR PUD REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FIVE-LOT RESIDENTIAL PUD, INCLUDING ~ DEVELOPMENT OF FOUR NEW SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES AT 445 KOTTINGER DRIVE WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 5, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Michael Gordon for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for a five-lot residential PUD, including the development of four new single-family residences at 445 Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 14, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Michael Gordon for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for a five-lot residential PUD, including the development of four new single-family residences at 445 Kottinger Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
