CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-90-03, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON <br />TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 2.15 ACRE SITE TO THE <br />PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 15, 1990, the City Council <br /> received the proposed negative declaration for RZ-90-03 <br /> to rezone an approximately 2.15 acre site consisting of <br /> the Gudaitis property (1.58 acres located at 375 <br /> Sycamore Road) and the Thompson property (0.57 acre <br /> located at 387 Sycamore Road) the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Medium Density Residential District ; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated April 1, 1990 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 15, 1990 at <br /> which time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-90-03 <br /> to prezone an approximately 2.15 acre site consisting of <br /> the Gudaitis property (1.58 acres located at 375 <br /> Sycamore Road) and the Thompson property (0.57 acre <br /> located at 387 Sycamore Road) the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Medium Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
