CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-90-03, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 2.15 ACRE SITE TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) - MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 15, 1990, the City Council received the proposed negative declaration for RZ-90-03 to rezone an approximately 2.15 acre site consisting of the Gudaitis property (1.58 acres located at 375 Sycamore Road) and the Thompson property (0.57 acre located at 387 Sycamore Road) the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District ; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 1, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 15, 1990 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case RZ-90-03 to prezone an approximately 2.15 acre site consisting of the Gudaitis property (1.58 acres located at 375 Sycamore Road) and the Thompson property (0.57 acre located at 387 Sycamore Road) the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
