CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-90-05 THE APPLICATION OF JAMES FAZZARI FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 15, 1990, the City Council <br /> received the proposed Negative Declaration for <br /> PUD-90-05, the application of James Fazzari for <br /> development plan approval to create an approximately <br /> 1.3 acre site to accommodate an existing single-family <br /> residence and related improvements and an approximately <br /> 3.7 acre site for future phase development for an <br /> approximately five acre site located at 3710 Trenery <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated March 18, 1990 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 15, 1990 at <br /> which time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-90-05, <br /> the application of James Fazzari for development plan <br /> approval to create an approximately 1.3 acre site to <br /> accommodate an existing single-family residence and <br /> related improvements and an approximately 3.7 acre site <br /> for future phase development for an approximately five <br /> acre site located at 3710 Trenery Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />
