CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-90-05 THE APPLICATION OF JAMES FAZZARI FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 15, 1990, the City Council received the proposed Negative Declaration for PUD-90-05, the application of James Fazzari for development plan approval to create an approximately 1.3 acre site to accommodate an existing single-family residence and related improvements and an approximately 3.7 acre site for future phase development for an approximately five acre site located at 3710 Trenery Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 18, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 15, 1990 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Case PUD-90-05, the application of James Fazzari for development plan approval to create an approximately 1.3 acre site to accommodate an existing single-family residence and related improvements and an approximately 3.7 acre site for future phase development for an approximately five acre site located at 3710 Trenery Drive.
