A. To authorize the instructors in ParagTaph B2 to teach Red <br /> Cross courses within the geographic area indicated in <br /> Paragraph A. <br /> <br />5. To support and evaluate these instructors in an effective <br /> and timel2 manner. <br /> <br />6. To make available such needed equipment (m Ap~ 3) as <br /> the Authorized Provider does not itself own and <br /> maintain and the ARCBA local ~nit can supply. <br /> <br />7. Upon receipt of the course schedule, to provide in <br /> quantities equal to n,,mhers of students scheduled, all <br /> needed materials including textbooks, workbooks, <br /> ins:ruction manuals, training films and course records. <br /> <br />8. To provide instructors with all policies and procedures <br /> to be followed, including all updates and revisions, in <br /> a timel2 manner. <br /> <br />9. To provide instructors with additional Red Cross training <br /> and retraining as appropriate to ensure :ha% these <br /> instructors have the benefit of the most recent <br /> advances in the subject. <br /> <br />10. To maintain all course records on behalf of the <br /> Authorized Provider for at least five ~ears. <br /> <br />!I. To arrange for completed certificates to be delivered to <br /> course provider within two (2) weeks of course record <br /> receipt b2 the AKCBA office specified in Paragraph A <br /> above. <br /> <br />12. To maintain a close and ongoing supportive relationship <br /> with the Authorized Provider, the instructors, and <br /> other contacts of the Authorized Provider. <br /> <br />13. To ~uarantee, for the period of the agreement, the <br /> prices noted on the attached price list (see~?z~-3). <br /> <br />14. To invoice the Authorized Provider at the time course <br /> materials are delivered :o the Authorized Provider. <br /> <br />C. Under the terms of this agreement, the Authorized Provider <br /> agrees to the following: <br /> <br />To appoint qualified representatives for training, <br /> certification, and authorization as American Red Cross <br /> instructors in the Red Cross courses agreed upon in <br /> Paragraph B1. <br /> <br />2. To make these representatives available to the Red Cross <br /> for such training, retraining, and other events as are <br /> needed to gain and maintain levels of skill, knowledge, <br /> and understanding for the conduct of Red Cross training <br /> and programs. <br /> <br /> <br />
