CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-87 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF ~TW.-- <br />AMERICAN OIL COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A TRUCK STORAGE <br />YARD, UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK, AND <br />RELATED IMPROVE~RNTS ON 1.5 ACRES LOCATED <br />ON THE WEST SIDE OF VALLEY AVENUE <br />IMMEDIATELY NORTH AND EAST OF THE UNION <br />PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-90-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 1, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />the application of All-American Oil Company for <br />development plan approval to construct a truck <br />storage yard, underground storage tank, and related <br />improvements to be located on an approximately 1.5 <br />acre site located on the west side of Valley Avenue <br />immediately north and east of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad tracks (PUD-90-4); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 19, 1990 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed <br />development plan would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
