CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR <br />CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 11 TO <br />ADD SUBSECTION 11F-1 RESTRICTING PARKING <br />ON FRANKLIN DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has from time to time amended <br />Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 17, 1990, the city Council <br />received and discussed a report (SR 90:156) from <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities related <br />to a request to restrict parking on Franklin Drive <br />near Morse Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined to be necessary to amend <br />Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsection llf-1 <br />establishing a two-hour parking limit on both sides <br />of Franklin Drive 150 feet south of Morse D~ive to <br />600 feet north of Morse Drive; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Traffic Regulations for city Streets) is hereby <br />amended by adding subsection llf-1 to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />llf-1 Franklin Drive, on both sides, from 150 <br /> feet south of Morse Drive to 600 feet north of <br /> Morse Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
