CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-79 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 11 TO ADD SUBSECTION 11F-1 RESTRICTING PARKING ON FRANKLIN DRIVE WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 17, 1990, the city Council received and discussed a report (SR 90:156) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to a request to restrict parking on Franklin Drive near Morse Drive; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsection llf-1 establishing a two-hour parking limit on both sides of Franklin Drive 150 feet south of Morse D~ive to 600 feet north of Morse Drive; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for city Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection llf-1 to read as follows: llf-1 Franklin Drive, on both sides, from 150 feet south of Morse Drive to 600 feet north of Morse Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
