CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAN~ON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING T~E COST DISTRIBUTION <br />APPENDIX FOR T~E STONERIDGE DRIVE <br />SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City's General Plan calls for the preparation <br />of a Specific Plan for the 293 acre area along the <br />proposed Stoneridge Drive Extension; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan was adopted by <br />this City Council on October 3, 1989 in accordance <br />with the provisions of the General Plan, following <br />certification of an accompanying EIR in accordance <br />with CEQA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Specific Plan states that the costs of public <br />improvements be divided among the four major <br />property owners based on the percentage of <br />developable acres each receives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council desires to specify dollar amounts <br />that each of the four major property owners will be <br />responsible for paying for public improvement costs <br />within the Specific Plan area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Stoneridge Drive Cost Distribution Memo, dated <br />February 28, 1990 is consistent with the intent of <br />the Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Adopts the Stoneridge Drive Cost Distribution <br />Memo, dated February 28, 1990, as an appendix to <br />the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
