CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-77 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING DARRELMAXSON AS <br />RIDGE VIEW COMMONS TENANT REPRESENTATIVE <br />TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />now that Ridge View Commons is occupied, it is <br />appropriate to appoint a tenant representative to <br />the Housing Authority Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various <br />individuals who are interested in serving on the <br />Housing Authority Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Darrel Maxson is hereby appointed to the position <br /> of Tenant Representative for Ridge View Commons to <br /> the Housing Authority Commission for a two year <br /> term, which term expires on May 1, 1992, or until <br /> such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 3, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Peggy~/~.
