These funds can be spent on
new construction or the repair and maintenance of existing
street systems or street lighting. For purposes of estimating
available revenues, the entire gas tax allocation is shown to
capital street projects with no operational or maintenance
funding anticipated. It is estimated that a total of $4,149,500
will be available in gas tax revenue over the five-year period.
A total of $1,200,000 of Measure B revenue is also appropriated
for streets projects.

Construction-Related Revenues: This category of revenues
consists of those fees and charges generally collected at the
time of building permit issuance. The specific sources of
revenue are sewer and water connection fees, park dedication
fees, residential construction fees, and growth management fees,
along with long-term development fees.
