CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR CASE RZ-90-O1, THE <br />APPLICATION OF HAROLDAND LLOYD MOT.T~R TO <br />PREZONE 174 ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST <br />SIDE OF FOOTHIT~ ROAD JUST SOUTH OF <br />STONERIDGE DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 3, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />the application of Harold and Lloyd Moller to <br />prezone 174 acres located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road just South of Stoneridge Drive to <br />include 134 acres to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density/Rural Density <br />Residential District and approximately 40 acres to <br />the "A" (Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 14, 1990 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed <br />prezoning would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> the application of Harold and Lloyd Moller to <br /> prezone 174 acres located on the west side of <br /> Foothill Road just South of Stoneridge Drive to <br /> include 134 acres to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Low Density/Rural Density <br /> Residential District and approximately 40 acres to <br /> the "A" (Agricultural) District. <br /> <br /> <br />
