RESOLUTION NO. 90-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE ACTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-21 <br /> AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF SERIES C BONDS AND <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-20 APPROVING OFFERING MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-9, <br />NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br /> <br />The city Council of the city of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The action of the Director of Finance in executing that <br />certain bond purchase contract between the city of Pleasanton and <br />Prudential-Bache Capital Funding on March 28, 1990, is hereby <br />ratified. <br /> <br /> On February 6, 1990, this Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 90-21, "Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Series C Bonds" <br />and Resolution No. 90-20, "Resolution Approving Offering <br />Memorandum". Said resolutions are hereby amended as follows: <br />Resolution No. 90-21: <br /> <br />a. Section 2. ISSUANCE OF BONDS. Section 2 is <br />amended to provide that the bonds shall be dated April 11, 1990. <br /> <br /> b. Exhibits A and B attached to Resolution No. 90-21 <br />are hereby replaced with the Exhibits A and B attached hereto. <br />Resolution No. 90-20: <br /> <br /> c. Resolution No. 90-20 which approved the <br />Preliminary Offering Memorandum and Offering Memorandum is found <br />by this Council to be approval of the official Statement "deemed <br />final" within the'meaning of Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and <br />Exchange Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
