CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ~F PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-68 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF BREN <br />COMPAI~Y FILEDAS CASE PUD-89-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 20, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br />plan approval to construct a ll2-unit single-family <br />residential complex to be located on an <br />approximately 14 acre site located at the northeast <br />corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 22, 1990 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed rezoning and development plan approval; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed <br />rezoning and development plan approval would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br />plan approval to construct a ll2-unit single-family <br />residential complex to be located on an <br />approximately 14 acre site located at the northeast <br />corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
