CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ~F PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-68 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF BREN COMPAI~Y FILEDAS CASE PUD-89-22 WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 20, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval to construct a ll2-unit single-family residential complex to be located on an approximately 14 acre site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 22, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan approval; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval to construct a ll2-unit single-family residential complex to be located on an approximately 14 acre site located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
