If human re- <br />mains are discovered during grading trenching or other on-site excavation, the City requires the <br />applicant to: <br /> <br />· Hire a qualified archaeologist to be present on site during the grading and trenching for <br />the foundation(s) and utility services in order to determine if any bone, shell, or artifacts <br />are uncovered. Work on the site will cease immediately, The archaeologist and the Na- <br />tive American Heritage Commission and or their representative shall be consulted to de- <br />velop, if necessary, further mitigation measures to reduce any archaeological impact to a <br />less-than-significant level before construction continues.
