ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST <br /> <br />The following checklist contains the environmental checklist form presented in Appendix G of the <br />CEQA Guidelines, The checklist form is used to describe the impacts of the Proposed Project. A dis- <br />cussion follows each environmental issue identified in the checklist. Included in each discussion are <br />project specific mitigations, which have been incorporated into the project design as a part of the Pro- <br />posed Project. <br /> <br />For this project, the following designations are used: <br /> <br />Potentiallv Sie:nificant Impact: <br />An impact that could be significant and for which no mitigation has been identified. If any potentially <br />significant impacts are identified, an EIR must be prepared. <br /> <br />Less Than Sie:nificant With Mitie:ation Incorporated: <br />An impact that requires mitigation to reduce the impact to a less-than-significant level. <br /> <br />Less Than Sie:nificant: <br />Any impact that would not be considered significant under CEQA relative to existing standards. <br /> <br />No Impact: <br />Any impact that does not apply to the project. <br /> <br />1. Direct access is provided to the site from Stanley Boulevard and Bernal Avenue.
